DANBURY
CT-- (January 11, 2001) -- The Jersey Post has selected

only mailing house in the Channel Islands that produces contract
mail for utility companies, offshore financial services providers
and the new generation of e-commerce businesses.
"The investment
in docSense D3 will enable ProMail customers the option of
sending bills and statements digitally as well as in paper
form," said John Pinel, chief executive officer of Jersey
Post.
"This
transaction affirms our growing leadership position in the
international EBPP market place," says Karl Schumacher, president

our competitors and selected us based on the functional superiority
of D3 and the technical expertise and superior support provided

such as billing, accounts receivable, customer service, marketing

Pinel
emphasized that adoption of the D3 technology has a broader
significance for Jersey Post, "Pitney Bowes helps ProMail
meet the new challenges of the international communications
environment by providing our offshore financial services industry
